Welcome to Trust3 AI Governance

Trust3 AI Governance gives your organization a single place to see every AI agent running across your platforms, understand how each one is governed, and act on what needs attention — without stitching together spreadsheets from every vendor console.

The problem

AI agents are being deployed faster than governance programs can keep up. Teams build on Databricks. Others stand up Copilot Studio automations. Developers register API keys and spin up agents in custom applications. Each platform tracks its own metadata in its own way.

The result is a visibility gap. No one can reliably answer: which agents are running, who owns them, what data they can access, whether they were approved before going to production, or which ones are out of compliance with your policies.

That gap creates real risk — compliance exposure under frameworks like NERC CIP and the EU AI Act, agents accessing sensitive data without oversight, and no audit trail when something goes wrong.

What Trust3 AI does

Trust3 connects to your platforms, discovers the AI agents running there, and builds a governed inventory that your IT, compliance, and risk teams share.

Discover agents automatically

Trust3 connects to Databricks and Microsoft Copilot Studio and pulls agent metadata on a schedule. New agents appear in the inventory without anyone having to manually find them. For platforms without an automated connector, teams register agents through a structured form.

Score every agent

Every agent gets a Trust Score — a percentage that reflects how well it meets your governance requirements. Agents are scored High, Medium, or Low, and flagged as Trusted, Unverified, or Untrusted. The score updates as the agent's governance state changes, so your team always knows what needs attention.

Evaluate against policies

Trust3 ships with pre-built policy packs for NERC CIP / Utility, EU AI Act, FERC, and Internal AI Governance. Policies evaluate every agent automatically and open violations when gaps are found. Violations are tracked to resolution, and every waiver is recorded with an approver and reason.

Gate new agents before production

New agents go through a structured approval workflow before they reach production — documented justification, Legal review, Compliance review, and a permanent record of who approved what and when.

Ask GIA

GIA is the AI assistant built into Trust3. Ask it governance questions in plain language — "what needs attention now?", "show me agents without owners", "why did this agent's trust score drop?" — and get answers grounded in your actual inventory. GIA also fills registration forms and extracts policy rules from compliance documents.

Who it is for

IT and platform engineering

Teams that run the infrastructure where AI agents live need to know what is deployed, who can invoke it, and whether it meets organizational standards. Trust3 gives them a single cross-platform inventory instead of separate admin consoles for every vendor.

Compliance and GRC

Compliance programs need AI agents to sit inside their policy scope, not outside it. Trust3 evaluates agents against your active compliance framework automatically and produces reproducible, timestamped evidence for audits — not one-off screenshots assembled on request.

Legal

Legal teams are part of the pre-development approval chain for new agents. Trust3 surfaces the submissions that need review, records the approval decision, and attaches it permanently to the agent's record.

Developers

Developers register new agents, submit them for approval, and track their status through the review chain. GIA assists with filling registration forms so the process is fast rather than a burden.
